How long does it take to get a quote?
- We will make every effort to schedule a no-obligation, on-site roof consultation within three business days.
- You will receive a roofing contract/quote within 10 business days of the on-site consultation that will detail the scope of work, materials used and terms of payment.
What are the payment terms?
What types of payment do you take?
- We accept cash, cheques, and e-Transfers.
- We do accept all major credit cards, however there is additional 3% service fee.
- 50% is due before the project start date.
- 50% due upon completion of outlined work.
- Overdue payment is charged 2% (24% annum), unless discussed beforehand.
Are you fully insured?
Are you covered by WSIB?
We are fully insured and covered by WSIB Insurance. We can provide paper verification of both during the on-site consultation.
Do you offer a warranty?
- Up Right Roofing Inc. provides a 10-year Workmanship Warranty. If there is an issue with how the shingles were installed we will correct the issue at no cost to you.
- The Product Warranty varies from product to product and we will work with you to select the correct roofing product for your roof.
Do you install metal roofs?
Do you install cedar or slate shingles?
No, we do not. We exclusively install asphalt shingles.
How will unforeseen problems will be addressed?
Any changes to the contract will only be executed upon written documentation. Examples can be, but not limited to, extra cost of materials or labour, unforeseen structural issues once the existing roof is removed, changes made by the customer.
