STEP 1: YOU REQUEST A QUOTE

We will make every effort to schedule a no-obligation, on-site roof consultation within three business days.

STEP 2: ON-SITE CONSULTATION

Evaluate Current Roof Status

  • Discuss current status of roof and ongoing issues with the home owner
  • Roofing Contractor will independently evaluate the status of roof. This may include getting on the roof for a close up inspection, access to attic to visually inspect underside of roof deck.
  • Discuss findings with home owner
  • Determine which shingles are best for your project based on budget, life expectation (warranty of shingle), visual preference, climate, and value for resale. Review venting, underlayment and drip edge.

STEP 3: ROOFING CONTRACT/QUOTE

Customer will receive a roofing contract within 10 business days of the on-site consultation that will detail the scope of work, materials used and terms of payment.

STEP 4: PROJECT APPROVAL

Customer approves contract and start date is scheduled.

STEP 5: PROJECT COMPLETION PACKAGE

Customer will receive a 10 year Workmanship Warranty Certificate from Up Right Roofing, an invoice marked paid and a copy of the manufacturer warranty for shingles used on the project.

PROFESSIONAL CLEAN-UP IS PROVIDED ON ALL OUR PROJECTS

  • Dispose of all old shingles and roofing materials
  • Magnetic clean-up to ensure nails are cleared from property
  • Eavestrough cleaning post installation to ensure that no roofing debris is clogging eaves
